Layers

I was able to find this image on Pinterest and I absolutely love it.  This design is made out of different color paper.  This is a great example of layers.  If you look really closely you can see all of the details and all of the pieces of paper that are used.  This is really cool because it would be something that anyone could make, but it will just take  a good amount of time.  This is also very colorful because of all the colors of paper that are used in it.  The designs are also very thought out because they are all different and the one on the bottom I like the most because it reminds me of a flower that is just starting to bloom.  I wonder how many pieces of paper that they have to use to make these because there is so many layers that are in these designs.  There are many more designs like these on Pinterest.  I am going to find out how to do make one of these and let you know how it goes.

Fun Fonts

I have found this image on Pinterest.  This image was on my mood board and I really like how it is just fun.  The words "Tsunami" and "Horizon" are my favorite words because of what they did to a couple of letters to really show what the word actually means.  As a viewer of these words it is fun to see that the letters are still there, there is just something done to a couple of letters.  As a reader you can still read what the word is.  There are so many other images just like this one on Pinterst, but this one is my favorite because these words are really random and what the fun effects do in the word are really cute and good ideas.  If you really think about this type of typography people could really make any word like this.  It would be really cool for words to actually look like this like on papers and such. I really enjoy looking at this and I am starting to look at a lot of this type of images.

Spark of Color

This image really caught my eye on Pinterest because of the refection.  I did not see in the beginning that it was water, but then I thought about it with the umbrella.  This image is a really nice position with the camera.  I am really enjoying the refection, but I also really enjoy the umbrella's spark of color in the image.  It looks like it is more of a black and white image with some little color in the background, but the umbrella is the main part of the color.  It also gives the image good balance because of the reflection.  If you look though the top umbrella is a little bit more brighter than the bottom umbrella, but the red still sticks out really well.  There is also a little piece of red in the background which helps with the red color in the umbrella and the green and yellow helps add a little bit more to the image.  This image does a really good job with balance and color.

Texture

This is a perfect definition of texture.  The lipstick is a very smooth, but the water does a really good job with adding the texture or the "roughness" to the lipstick.  Another thing is that this is an incredible picture because first off how did they get the water to stay in place?  I like how there are some little water drops and then there are some bigger ones.  It is really nice that you are able to see the texture on the sides of the lipstick.  When I stare at the lipstick it starts to look rough and not that there is not water drops.  I just keep thinking about how texture can be all different sizes.  This makes me think of rain and how the droplets sit on leaves, except this on is obviously.  This image was found on Pinterest and there is a lot more images like this on Pinterest and it is really incredible.  

Farming Texture

This picture is my own work.  I went to a friends house and I was able to take this picture after a couple of hours shooting around their farm.  The farm is located in Chilton WI and we were actually on a four wheeler and their dog decided to come with us.  I thought that this image was the best one that I took for Digital Photography, but I had to do some adjustments to the image.  In this image there is a lot of texture.  There is texture from the field with the dirt and the snow.  There is texture with the building in the background because some are big and some are wide, while some are little and skinny.  They also have different textures on the building with the barn having wood and how there is metal.  There is a bunch of texture with the trees and even with the snow.  The snow adds the most texture on the image because it was actually snowing really hard that day and I wanted to see what the texture of the snow would do to the image.  It really turned out nice and it worked out to my advantage.

Handwritten Typography!

I found this image on http://welovetypography.com/ and I really enjoy this website because it has a lot of different types of typography.  This image I really enjoyed because of the font.  The font to me looks like handwritten.  Those types of fonts I really enjoy because I think that it adds character and you can really impact a image if you use a font that looks hand written.  They have all different kinds of fonts that people can use for anything and everything.  This font works really well with the image because it is hand written and it is what the person is thinking of.  The font works as well with the size of the font and everything.  The image I like a lot because the image is color while the text and the man are black and white.  That looks really good in the image and it makes it look like a silhouette.  I like when images look like silhouettes because they can be a lot of fun! I really like all different types of typography, but handwritten and this type of typography is what I truly like!

Typography!

With this type of typography I really enjoy this image and type because I really enjoy the type faces that look like it was hand written.  I also enjoy this image because some of the type is the hand written cursive but there is also another font that correlates to the cursive font because first off it is hand written.  There are fonts that can use two different fonts and still look good.  These two work really well with that because they are so different, but they are not bad together.  Some fonts would not work well together, but if you find the right two then it will work well and you can have variations in anything that you work on.  I also like how the thickness of the hand written cursive because it changes and it makes it more unique.  I also like this image because of the angle that it is taken at.  I think if it was taken at a different angle it would have been a totally different feeling than the one that it is right now.  I got this image from Pinterest and it has incredible images.
